BKD Signature Polish Necklaces

I know I'm having to blow the dust off the keyboard here, but I want to wish those of you that still read my blogs all the best in the coming New Year! I hope if you celebrate Christmas, you had a great one!
BKD had a sale before Thanksgiving, and I wanted to try her out since I've heard so many good things about her jewelry. In case you haven't figured it out yet, I have a HUGE thing for nail polish. So, when you are able to combine that with jewelry, it can't be bad then right?! Take a look for yourself and let me know what you think!

The first polish necklace I'm sharing with you is made with My Ten Friends Polish Space Opera. It looks so amazing as necklace, I have to beat my daughter off of it! It's the perfect shade of purple with multi colored glitter. The necklace is in a pewter colored pendant, and it is sitting on a purple ribbon. She offers ribbon in just about any color, or you have the choice of a silver plated snake chain. The measurements for this is 22mm x 30mm. The necklace comes in 18in. with a 2in. extender. There isn't anything NOT to like about this. If you know anything about me, then you know that I couldn't stop at just one. LOL, here's the other necklace I bought.

As much as I love Space Opera, My Ten Friends Zero G just took my breathe away! It is so sparkly and gorgeous, I just can't stop staring at it! Zero G is a black glitter based polish that is absolutely jam packed with silver holo glitter. When the sun hits this, I had all kinds of rainbows dancing around the inside of my car. LOL. It is also set in a pewter pendent and the measurements for this is the same for Space Opera that I listed up above. This even is suspended on a black ribbon. I think this is so dressy and could be worn a million different ways. Makes me with I could get my hands on the polish!

If you're interested in getting anything from BKD Signatures, you need to do so very quickly. She is closing up shop! She not only offers polish jewelry, she offers candles and all sorts of other jewelry. I also got matching earrings for both of my necklaces. These pendants run roughly $25 a piece. Totally worth it!! Please make sure that you give her a like on her Facebook page so that you can be kept up to date with her store info. You will also need her etsy site, since I KNOW you'll want to get some of her goodies. I haven't got into the craze yet, but she also has some Doctor Who jewelry out as well. I promise that if you get something from her, you won't be disappointed. I picked up a couple things from BKD Signatures for my daughter for Christmas, and she loved them!!

Well, that's all I have for tonight. I'm planning to get back to some sort of normalcy here. Whatever that is LOL. I wish you all a safe and joyous New Year!!!

Savoie Artisan Lacquer Review Part 2

Happy Monday to you guys!! I hope yours went better than mine did. It just sucked royally. But at least my nails looked good right?! LOL. Tonight I have for you my 2nd part of my review for Savoie Artisan Lacquer. I've received so many compliments on her polishes from customers at my work it has been crazy. So if complete strangers say it's a good thing, you have to believe them right? Alrighty, here we go!
Formula on these were spot on as always. I used 2 coats of each followed up with 1 coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top Topcoat. Dry time on these were pretty amazing as well. I'll stop talking and show you the pictures since I think they speak for themselves!

First up we have Mother of Pearl. She is a magnificent silvery white pearlescent polish that has scattered holographic glitter in it. It looks like I have shimmering snow on my finger tips. This is so gorgeous, the pictures honestly don't do it any justice.

Secondly we have The Queen. She is fit for a queen with how gorgeous she is! The Queen is a purple holographic polish. The color on this is so rich, it was absolutely amazing!!

Lastly but certainly not least, I have Disco Ball. This is a silver glitter topper that is loaded with holographic glitters and micro glitters. I used 1 coat of this over top of Mother of Pearl and I Lilac It Lac It. I look at this absolutely AMAZING polish like Frank's Hot Sauce. I'll put that s*&t on EVERYTHING!!! It looks like I have diamonds on my fingernails doesn't it?! It doesn't get much ether than this! There literally isn't a color in the rainbow that this wouldn't look good over. I've never bought a back up bottle of any polish, but this one will be a must have in the large size. Like I said above, formula was perfect for all of them.
Savoie Artisan Lacquer is a brand new indie, so please make sure you go and show her some love over on her Facebook page. With the holidays fast approaching, make sure you stop over by her shop and pick up some of her goodies. If you're not a polish fan, which I don't know why you wouldn't be LOL, she offers other things as well.
Well that's all for tonight. I'm off to try and get warm. I hope that y'all have an awesome Thanksgiving and be safe if you are traveling. Until next time, take care!! XOXO

Savoie Artisan Lacquer Review Part 1

Hi guys! I hope you are warm and cozy where you are tonight. It's very chilly where I am. Tonight, I have for you a brand spankin new indie!! I know the mastermind behind Savoie and she is an absolute doll!! She is super awesome and makes some pretty amazing polish!! As you hopefully noticed, this will be broken into 2 parts. I will show you 3 tonight, and the next 3 this weekend. Ok, here we go!!!

I'll get the basic info out of the way first. The formula on each and every one of these polishes were perfect! Dry time was very fast and I only needed 2 coats for each, but out of habit I applied 3. I topped them all off with 1 coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top Topcoat. Now on to the good stuff, the pictures…..

This is Briar Rose. She is a beautiful magenta pink jelly that is packed full of holographic glitter. This is so squishy and beautiful I find it amazing!

This one is with the flash, and it REALLY shows just how sparkly it is!

Next we have So Sentamintal. This is a bright mint green that has some shimmer in it as well. This color reminds me of mint chocolate chip ice cream. Normally I'm not a green fan, but this one I really enjoyed!

Again, this is with the flash and you can see just how gorgeous this color is.

Lastly, I have I Lilac It Lac It. I can not tell you enough how much I LOVE this color! Out of my whole polish collection, I don't own anything like this. It is a gorgeous lilac pearlescent purple. Depending on the lighting, this will also transform into silver. It also has shimmer in it.

Isn't it perfect?! I think these are perfect going into the holidays. You know when you get polishes, you think to yourself this one is my favorite. Out of these, I honestly couldn't pick just one. They are all beautiful! All of Savoie's polishes are 3 free, and she makes other goodies as well as polish. You can find her on Facebook as well as her shop on Storenvy. Make sure you go show her some love and let her know just how amazing her polishes are! These also make perfect gifts for the holidays.
That's it for tonight ladies! I'm off to get warm, and I'll be seeing you all very soon! Until then, take care!! XOXO

Colors by Llarowe Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

Hi ladies! I hope Monday treated you well. Other than ending my day with a migraine that will put me in bed soon, it was a fairly calm day. Tonight I have Twinkle Twinkle Little Star from none other than Colors by Llarowe. I missed out on this polish during her pre order and I was so upset. I saw it up for sale in one of the groups I'm in, so I knew that I had to snatch it up! If you haven't seen this beauty yet, you're in for a real treat!!

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star is a dark navy blue jelly that is absolutely LOADED with silver micro glitters. Formula and everything was absolutely perfect on this polish. It's so squishy and yummy looking, I just love it. Did I say I loved it?!

Yesterday I was getting a crap ton of storms, so I didn't have the advantage of the sun. But even in my indoor lighting, it is stunning! I used 2 coats of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and just 1 coat of KBShimmers Clearly On Top Topcoat. The formula on this couldn't have been any better! Even while I was at work today, I couldn't help buy stare at my nails. Llarowe is getting ready to release some new colors, so you need to check out her Facebook page. Since I know that y'all will want some of her pretties, you can just click here and it'll take you right to her shop. That's all I have for tonight. I'll be back very soon with another awesome polish to share with you. Until then, take care!! XOXO

Zoya Matte Velvet Collection

Hi guys! I hope you're doing well! We got a couple inches of snow where I am. I have a real treat for you guys tonight!
This past week, Zoya released the Matte Velvet Collection again. If you don't have any of these, you're really missing out. I'm usually not a huge matte polish fan, but I thoroughly enjoyed these! I'll show you and you can be the judge yourself.

The green is Veruschuka, the rose in the middle is Harlow and the purple is Savita. I have a couple others, but decided on these 3 for tonight's mani.

I used 2 coats of Savita for the base color. The first coat was very streaky, which can be normal with some matte polishes. The second coat leveled everything out perfectly. For my top coat, I used Cult Nails Wax That. I can't tell you how much I love this color. I plan on wearing this purple A LOT!!! For the dots, I used 1 coat of Harlow and 1 coat of Veruschuka.

I paid a lot of money for these from a blog sale, lucky for you though you don't have to! Zoya decided to bring these back for a little bit. If you want these, I wouldn't wait and head over to Zoya's web page and pick them up. Right now they're only $9 which is way better than I paid! Make sure that you also follow them on their Facebook page. They are always having great deals going on.
Well, that is all I have for tonight. My husband decided to surprise us and come home for the night, so I'm off to enjoy him being home. I'll have something to share with you guys soon. Make sure you check back!! Until then, take care!! XOXO

KBShimmer When the Doves Sigh

Hi guys! I'm sure by now you've been noticing some of the indies are coming out with their holiday collections. KBShimmer came out with hers, and I'm in love as usual! I have a couple indies that I call my favorites, and I'm sure y'all know that she's right up there! Tonight I'll be sharing with you When the Doves Sigh. I had to cut all of my nails back due to some breakage, so I'm in the process of them growing back out. Here we go!!!

When the Doves Sigh has a gorgeous gray base and is absolutely LOADED with magenta, turquoise and blue glitter. There are all different types of shapes in this polish. Including, squares, circles, hexes, micro glitter and mini bar glitter. Boy, that was a mouth full! Normally I steer clear of polish with bar glitter, but this one and I got along just fine.

For my mani I used 3 coats and topped it with 1 coat of gelous to make sure all the glitters were covered. To finish it off, I used my normal KBShimmer Clearly On Top Topcoat. Formulation was perfect as usual with KBShimmer polishes. I can't say enough how much I love this polish! I think the colors look absolutely amazing together. I'd love to see When the Doves Sigh in some polish jewelry. Since I know y'all will want some, make sure you stop over to KBShimmer's webpage. You can also find her on Facebook
I hope you guys enjoyed this review as much as I enjoyed this polish. I'll be back soon with something else to share with you guys! Until next time, take care!! XOXO

Revlon Parfumerie Autumn Spice

Happy Halloween!! I hope you had a great night where you are. The weather here was sucky, but my kids got tons of candy even if we all got soaked! Tonight I have for you one of the Revlon scented polishes. I found them at CVS, and of course I had to try them out. This is the one that I went with.

First off, I just have to say I enjoyed this polish enough that it makes me want to go and get the others! Autumn Spice is a perfect shade of brown with almost like an orangish gold micro glitter thru out. It is absolutely perfect for Fall! The scent was pretty amazing as well. I could smell cinnamon and all the spices that you expect to smell this time of year. The formula on this was spot on. I had no issues with it! For my Autumn Spice mani, I used just 2 coats and topped it off with 1 coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top Topcoat.

If you haven't picked up any of these Revlon Parfumerie polishes yet, run don't walk to your closest CVS and pick some up! Normally I don't get super excited for drug store polishes, but with all that Autumn Spice has going on I really enjoyed it! That's all I have for this Halloween night. I was hoping to do something with a glow in the dark polish, but I ran out of time. I hope y'all have a great start to your weekend tomorrow! Until next time, take care!! XOXO

Glittering Elements Countess LE

Hi ladies! I received some mail from across the big pond and I had to share at least one polish with you right now. I'm going to be sharing with you Countess which is a Limited Edition. I think this is the perfect shade for the fall. I'll show you and let you be the judge.

This is the perfect mix of burgundy and purple. Casey recommends that you use a base coat because this beautiful polish is a stainer. So I listened to her and used Glisten and Glow Stuck On Blue. The formula was good as it always is with Glittering Elements. I used 3 coats and topped it off with 1 coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top Topcoat.

Even with the skies being overcast, you can still see the gorgeous holographic rainbows coming thru. If you are interested in finding Glittering Elements, which you should LOL you can find her on etsy, as well as Facebook. Even though Countess is a Limited Edition, she has plenty of other beautiful polishes to choose from. I hope you have a good rest of your week. Until next time, take care! XOXO

Jindie Nails Defeat It SE

Hello ladies! I was able to snag a Jindie Nails Defeat It Special Edition during her restock for it. I was drawn to it because it was going to a good cause. She was donating part of the sales to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. I also liked it because I LOVE thermals and it had my two favorite colors in it, pink and purple! Let's jump right in and get started shall we?!
Defeat It is a pink/purple thermal that is loaded with different sizes and colored circles. It also has some hexes in it as well. This polish had a little bit of everything in it! When I was cold, it was purple. When I was warm, it was pink. The formula was good. I did place the bottle upside down so that I didn't have to fish for the larger glitters. I used 3 good coats and I also did the dabbing method to make sure that I didn't have any naked nails. LOL I wanted some sort of glitter on each and every nail. On to the pictures!!

The weather has been pretty chilly where I am, so I ran my 3 fingers under some hot water to show you the thermal aspect of this polish. It's pretty cool!! Now on to the outdoor pics!

I was pretty excited when I got #51. It was my hubby's football number in high school. I have nothing negative at all to say about this polish. If you look at the bottom of my outdoor pic inside the bottle, you can see a little blue glitter hangin out. I saw that and thought it was pretty cool. LOL. If you don't have any Jindie polishes, you definitely need to get some. You can find her on Facebook as well as her webpage. Since this was a SE polish, it isn't available anymore. However, I'm pretty sure she has some more thermal polishes in the works for ya. Until next time, take care!! XOXO

Chaos and Crocodiles Narwhals Are Unicorns Too Review

Evening guys! How's your week going so far? I started my second job this week, so it's been a little hectic. I finally snagged this polish from the last Chaos and Crocodiles restock, and I was so excited when I did. Tonight I'm sharing Narwhals Are Unicorns Too from Chaos and Crocodiles. I had to wait thru two restocks to finally get this baby, so I was practically jumping up and down when I got it!
I'll get the normal stuff out of the way now so that you can enjoy this polish as much as I do! Narwhals is a light aqua crelly polish that has turquoise and gold holographic glitters in it. If that wasn't enough, there is also some holographic shimmer in it as well. The formula was a little thick, but I think with a drop of thinner it would solve that. I used three coats of Narwhals and topped it off with KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Topcoat. Are you ready? Here we go!!

Isn't it awesome?! Even though we're going into fall, I'll be reaching for this quite a bit just because I love it so much! I think next time I'll set it upside down for a little longer to try and get the gold glitters to come down a little more. If you aren't already, you can follow Chaos and Crocodiles on Facebook. Since I know you'll want some of her polish, this is where you can find her shop. You'll want to make sure that you follow her on Facebook since that's where she posts all the restock info. She posted some super cute pics of polishes that she has coming out soon.
That's all I have for ya tonight. I did also want to mention that I'm having a giveaway over on my Facebook page. Just look for the giveaway tab. This weekend is the start of the new season of The Walking Dead. I was able to snag Dollish Polish's LE during her last restock. So, I'll be using that and of course I'll share it with y'all. I hope you have a good rest of your week. Until next time, take care! XOXO

Digital Nails Stupefy Review

Hello there! I hope that you've had a good weekend so far! Mine is going pretty well. Tonight I have for you Stupefy made from none other than Digital Nails. The mastermind behind Digital Nails asked if she could send me a polish to review, and of course I said yes!!! I haven't met a polish from her that I haven't liked. Here we go!
Stupefy is a blurple (a mix between a blue and a purple for those that don't know) linear holo that has little blue flecks in it. The flecks are between a blue and pink depending on the light that hits it. The formula was a little thicker on Stupefy, but it was normal with everything that she has going on. Take a look at the pics!

As you can tell this is inside using natural lighting. Isn't it gorgeous?! For my mani I used 3 coats of Stupefy. I could've got away with only 2 coats, I just applied an extra coat out of habit. I topped Stupefy off with 1 coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top Topcoat. Ready for this baby to come alive? Here comes the outside pics!!

See what adding lots of sun does to this? Almost makes you want to pop on a pair of sunglasses! It's absolutely beautiful! I also think the name is pretty cool too! If you're interested in picking up any Digital Nails, which I totally think you should, you can find her shop over on Etsy. Not only does she make amazing holo polishes, she also has a couple polishes that she has made to help raise money for Alex's Lemonade Stand. I bought both of them, they are stunning!! Once you have any of her polishes, I KNOW you'll want to follow her on Facebook
I hope y'all enjoyed Stupefy as much as I did! Hope you have a great rest of your weekend! Take care!! XO

This item was sent for my review. The opinion given is my own and isn't influenced in any way.

Above The Curve What No Buy?!?! and Lemming Have It Review Part 2

Hello there! I hope y'all survived Monday ok. Tonight I have for you my last part of the Polish Addiction Line. I'll be showing you What No Buy?!?! and Lemming Have It. As I said in my last post about the other half of this line, I adore the team of Above The Curve. They donate $1 of each bottle sold to help the Shriner's Hospital for children. So not only do they make some pretty amazing polishes, they have a huge heart giving to others like they do. I'll start with What No Buy?!?!.

What No Buy?!?! is an absolutely gorgeous gold scattered holo polish. If you're looking for a polish for the holidays coming up, look no further! Formula was perfect on this one. I used 3 coats of What No Buy?!?! and topped it of with 1 coat of Seche. Here, take a look at the pics and see how pretty it is for yourself.....

We were having some storms, so I had to take the pics inside with a flash. I had absolutely no problems with application. I was a little worried about the color looking right with my skin tone, but I would definitely still wear it. I saved my favorite of the two for last. I think you'll see why once you see it!

Here we have Lemming Have It! Lemming Have It is a blurple holo that also has blue flecks mixed in it. It was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Now do you see why it is my favorite?! I'm a huge purple fan, and this one definitely didn't let me down. I used 3 coats of Lemming Have It and topped it off with just 1 coat of Seche. I only had application issues with my thumb nail, it went on a little patchy. Other than that, absolute perfection. Don't worry, I took another picture!

Going into fall, I'll be using this one quite a bit. You can find Above The Curve on their bigcartel site. They still offer this collection and it's even on sale. You can also find Above The Curve on Overallbeauty. If you're on Facebook, which I'm sure you are, make sure you are a fan of Above The Curve. They are always having giveaways on their Facebook page.
Well, that wraps up this post. If you follow me on Facebook, you know what I got in the mail over the weekend. I'll work on using those beauties and get a post up for them soon. Hope you have a great week. Until next time, take care!! XOXO

Above The Curve Dusty Huntin' and Husbands Just Don't Understand Review Part 1

Hello ladies! I hope this finds you well and having a good week so far! I've been so miserable lately, hopefully things will look up soon. OK, down to business!! Tonight I have for you half of the Polish Addiction Line from Above The Curve. I absolutely LOVE this husband and wife team that brings us these polishes. Not only do they make some pretty amazing polishes, they donate $1.00 from every bottle sold to Shriner's Hospital for Children. The Shriner's Hospital Organization is very close to their hearts since they were a huge part of saving Angel's life when she was diagnosed with Scoliosis. Just wanted y'all to know just a little info about Above The Curve before I went polish crazy.
First, I'll start off with Dusty Huntin'.

Dusty Huntin' is a beautiful red holo polish that has multi color shimmer to it. It's not a bright red, it  has more orange and pink tones to it. My pics of Dusty Huntin' do it no justice. I couldn't get the holo to come out and play very well. But believe me, it's there! The formula on Dusty Huntin' was perfect. I used 3 coats and topped it off with 1 coat of Digital Nails Ain't Nobody Got Time For That Topcoat. This was my red polish for my Ohio State Buckeye mani that I wore for the game on Saturday. I saved my favorite of the two for last......

Husbands Just Don't Understand is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Not only is the polish stunning, the name is pretty funny as well!! Husbands Just Don't Understand is a dark teal/Hunter Green holo polish. The sun was out for these pictures, so the holo was a little bit easier to catch. Again, the formula on Husbands Just Don't Understand was perfect. I have several of ATC's polishes, and I have yet to have a formula issue. I used 3 coats with 1 coat of Digital Nails Ain't  Nobody Got Time For That Topcoat.

Going into Fall, I think this is a perfect color! I was lucky enough to score the set in minis when they had them. But right now if you stop over to their bigcartel page, you can find these and the rest of the set on sale for just $7. Don't forget, whatever you buy from ATC they will donate $1 from each bottle sold to Shriner's Hospital. They always have stuff going on especially Friday nights. So, make sure that you like them on Facebook. You can also find Above The Curve on Overall Beauty. There's 2 other polishes to this collection, I hope to get posted by this weekend.
Well, that's all I have for tonight. I hope y'all enjoyed my post. Here's to wishing you a awesome hump day tomorrow!!! XOXO
