MDJ Creations Unconditionally Yours

Happy Sunday! I hope you had a nice relaxing weekend. Tonight I have for you Unconditionally Yours from MDJ Creations. Unconditionally Yours is a gorgeous pink jelly polish that has very nice variety of different colors, shapes and sizes of glitters. If you're a pink fan like I am, then you'll want to check this one out!

For my mani I used 3 coats of Unconditionally Yours and finished it off with 2 coats of Rainbow Honey's topcoat. I like that the shade is a nice shade of pink, not to dark and not to light. It would go great with any skin tone. The formula was perfect and it was also fast drying.

The macro shot is a great chance to see all the different glitters that are in Unconditionally Yours. You can find MDJ Creations on Facebook as well as her etsy shop. She has several polishes to offer, in mini and in full size. She also offers jewelry, lip balm and ointment. Make sure you stop by and give her a like on Facebook and take a look at all that she has to offer. That's all I have for tonight. I'll be back soon to share my 4th of July mani with you. Until next time, take care!! XOXO

Pop Culture Cosmetics Chevron Stencil

Happy Monday! I hope you had a good start to your week. Today, I'll be sharing with you some chevron stencils from Pop Culture Cosmetics. I absolutely love how these turned out! Let's take a look shall we?
The directions I used for this stencil are: 1. Let your base color dry completely dry. I let mine dry for a good 10 minutes. If the base color isn't completely dry, it will lift off when you remove the stencil. 2. Place stencil onto your nail. Make sure to press down in all corners so that the polish won't seep out underneath. 3. Paint your nails using 1-2 coats of polish over top of the stencil. 4. Make sure to remove the stencil while the polish is still wet. 5. Allow enough drying time and finish up with your favorite top coat. For my mani I chose to use some new KBShimmer polishes that I just received in the mail. I'm using In Bare Form and Let's Not Coral from the KBShimmer Early Summer 2014 Collection. I used In Bare Form as my base color, and stenciled Let's Not Coral over top. What do you think?

I love this so much, I know I'll be doing these decals again! If you think stamping is too tedious for you, give these stencils a try. Pop Culture Cosmetics offers a wide variety of different ones. You can follow Pop Culture Cosmetics on Facebook and you can find her shop here. If you looking for polish as well, she also has some pretty amazing polishes to view in her shop as well. I'll be back later this week with something else to share with you. Until next time, take care!!  XOXO

Pop Culture Cosmetics Magical Mouse Stencil

Happy hump day! I hope the week has been good to you so far. I've been in a funk lately, so I'm hoping to get out of it soon. Tonight I'll be sharing with you a stencil from Pop Culture Cosmetics called Magical Mouse. If you've followed my last few posts, you know I have a little something something for Mickey. So I couldn't wait to try this stencil out. Let's get started shall we?
Please keep in mind this was my 1st time ever trying a stencil, so it's not perfect. However, I think it turned out pretty darn cute! Here's the directions for the use of Pop Culture Cosmetics Stencils: 1. Whatever base color you choose must be completely dry. If it isn't, the stencil will lift the polish. 2. Put your stencil on your nail. Make sure to press all the way down in all corners to prevent any polish from seeping out of the design. 3. Paint your nails over top the stencils using 1-2 coats of polish. 4. Make sure you remove the stencil while the polish is still wet. 5. Allow enough drying time and finish up with your favorite top coat. For my mani I chose to use 3 coats of China Glaze Rose Among Thorns. The polish I chose for my stencil is Mentaliy Vamp. I finished off my mani with my go to top coat of choice, Digital Nails Ain't Nobody Got Time For That.

As you can see in my top star, I didn't push down the corners all the way and the polish seeped out a little. That wasn't due to the stencil, that was all user error. LOL I really enjoyed this stencil. What do you think? Is this something that you would try? If you're not into stamping, definitely give this a try. It's much easier and much quicker I think. You can find Pop Culture Cosmetics on Facebook and you can find her shop here. She offers a great selection of different stencils to choose from. Oh and did I mention that she offers polish as well? Stop by and take a look and see for yourself! I'll be back later this week with another stencil review, so make sure you stop back. Until next time, take care!! XOXO

Ellagee Celebration

Good evening! Things have been pretty active here in my house. So, it was a nice treat to be able to sit down and do my nails and relax! Tonight, I'll be sharing with you Ellagee Celebration. That's exactly what this polish reminds me of, is a celebration. Let's take a look!
Ellagee Celebration is set in a clear base and it's loaded with a rainbow of colors. It looks just like you're having a party on your nails! You can find squares, hexes and Mickeys oh my!

For my mani I used 2 dabbed coats of Celebration over Sinful Shine Pragmatic. I finished it off with 2 coats of Ellagee Glass Fast Dry Topcoat. I had no formula issues with Celebration and it dried pretty quick as well. I did put my bottle upside down to help bring the glitters down. I do that so that I don't have any issues getting the bigger glitter pieces out. As you can see, I even got a couple Mickeys and didn't have to fish for any of them.

One of the things I love most about Ellagee Celebration, is with all the different colors and shapes of glitters you can put it over top of absolutely ANY color of polish! I think this would be super cute over white. Celebration is part of the World Of Laughter which you can find on Ellagee's webpage. Make sure you also stop over and follow her on Facebook since she's always giving updates on new goodies that she has coming up. Ellagee also did a collaboration box with Raph from Digital Nails to help bring awareness to fibromyalgia. The polishes in the box are simply gorgeous! She only has a few left, so make sure that you stop over to her webpage and take a look.
That's all I have for tonight. I'll be back in a couple days with some other pretties to share. Until next time, take care!! XOXO

Ellagee Silly Spooks

Good evening! I hope you're having a good week! Today I have for you a pretty awesome polish from Ellagee called Silly Spooks. This polish is inspired off of Disney's Haunted Mansion. Let's get started shall we?
Ellagee Silly Spooks is a purple holographic polish that has gray and black holo glitters. As if that wasn't enough, Ellagee has also put some Mickey glitters in here as well. I'm a sucker for anything with a Mickey glitter!

For my mani I used 3 coats of Ellagee Silly Spooks and topped it off with 2 coats of Ellagee Glass Fast Dry Topcoat. This was my 1st time trying the topcoat as well. It was amazing! It has a very nice glassy finish to it and it dries super quick as well.

Look at that sweet little Mickey!!! Isn't he the cutest thing ever?!?! Silly Spooks is part of the World Of Laughter collection. You can find Ellagee on Facebook and you can find this and her whole assortment of polishes at her shop. If you're looking for a super fast drying topcoat, please give Ellagee's Glass Topcoat a try. I only used 2 coats over top of the Mickey glitters, and you can't feel any ridges or anything. It's pretty amazing!
That's all I have for today! I'll be back very soon with another review for Ellagee. Until next time, take care!! XOXO

MDJ Creations Bloom Where You're Planted and Something To Celebrate

Good evening! Sorry for the delay in posting this. I had a family emergency Friday, and it's been a little hectic since. But, here we go!
I'll start with Bloom Where You're Planted. MDJ Bloom Where You're Planted is a bright yellow holo. It's an amazing shade of yellow and definitely a happy color!

For my mani I used 3 coats of MDJ Creations Bloom Where You're Planted and topped it with 1 coat of my Digital Nails Ain't Nobody Got Time For That topcoat. The formula and dry time on this was great!
Lastly, I have for you my favorite MDJ Creations ever!! It's called Something To Celebrate, it's simply amazing! You can find stars, squares, mini bars and hexes in a rainbow of colors. Best part is, it's a jelly glitter topper so you can put it over anything!!

For my mani I used Bloom Where You're Planted as my base and then layered 2 coats of Something To Celebrate over top. Then I finished it off with 2 coats of my Digital Nails topcoat. Can you see why this is my absolute favorite MDJ Creations polish?! I love all the different shapes and colors that she has put in here, and the fact that it's so universal just makes it that much better. Formula and dry time on this was perfect as usual.

You can find MDJ Creations on Facebook as well as her etsy shop. She offers a very nice wide variety of items in her shop. I have several of her polishes that I'll be sharing with you over the next few weeks. I hope you enjoy her polishes as much as I do! Not only is she pretty amazing at making polish, she is super sweet as well. Until next time, take care!! XOXO
