Above The Curve You're A Peepstar! and Twin Peeps Review

Good evening! Tonight I have for you two polishes from Above The Curve and their Power To The Polish Peeps Spring Collection. The team behind Above The Curve is a super sweet husband and wife team that donates $1 from the sale of each bottle to Shriner's Hospital for children. Let's jump right into it shall we?
I'll start with You're A Peepstar! You're A Peepstar is a pale yellow crelly that has tons of glitter in it! The glitters vary from bar glitter, stars, squares, hexes and circles. Normally I don't get along with bar glitter, but these played nicely. LOL. I love that Above The Curve also included a nice variety of colors for the glitters. There are pink, purple, red, blue, green and yellow glitters in You're A Peepstar!

For my mani I used 3 coats of You're A Peepstar and topped it off with 2 coats of my Digital Nails Ain't Nobody Got Time For That topcoat. The formula was a little thick, but that's just because of all the glitter that makes You're A Peepstar such a great polish! It was also super quick with drying as well.

Look at all that glitter!! Isn't it amazing?! I just love it! It is just perfect for Easter and Spring. Even though it's snowing out right now where I live, this gives me hope for warmer weather!
Up next is Twin Peeps. Twin Peeps is a super sweet soft pale pink crelly that has butterflies, circles, moons, hexes and stars. The stars and moons are also holographic, so that's pretty awesome! The colors of glitter in Twin Peeps include pink, red, yellow and blue.

For my mani of Twin Peeps I used 3 coats  and finished it off with 2 coats of my trusty Digital Nails topcoat. Formula on Twin Peeps was perfect! Wasn't too thick or too thin, just right. It was also very quick with drying as well.

Look how sweet that butterfly is! I'm not a fan of having to fish for glitters, so good news with these two! You're A Peepstar and Twin Peeps didn't require any fishing for ANY of the glitters. I did place the bottles upside down for a few minutes before I used them so that the glitters were easier to get to. I do that with all my glitter polishes. You can find either of these polishes on Above The Curve's big cartel site for just $8.50. There are 7 total polishes in the Power To the Polish Peeps Spring Collection. I will have 2 others to share with you in my next post. You should also make sure that you follow Above The Curve on their Facebook page. They have giveaways going on every week! They also have a gorgeous Limited Edition polish out for Earth Day. They're donating $2 of each bottle sold to the Sierra Club Foundation. You find it at their big cartel site as well.
That's all I have for tonight. I hope you're having a good weekend wherever you are. Until next time, take care!! XOXO

Savoie Artisan Lacquer Review

Happy Monday! I hope you had a good weekend! I spent mine working, but that's the fun of being an adult. LOL. Tonight I have for you 4 different Savoie Artisan Lacquer polishes. They're a nice variety of color that will work for everyone! Since there's 4, let's get started shall we?
I will start with Savoie Judge. Judge is a very pretty mauve shimmer that has hints of gold depending on the lighting. Formula on Judge was perfect!

For my mani using Savoie Judge, I only used 2 flawless coats and topped it off with 1 coat of Digital Nails Ain't Nobody Got Time For That topcoat.

Up next, I have Savoie Hello Doll Face. Hello Doll Face is a lilac leaning almost bubblegum pink polish. If you know how much I love pinks, then you know how much I enjoyed this one! Formula on this one was also great!

I used just 2 coats and topped it off with my favorite topcoat, Digital Nails Ain't Nobody Got Time For That.

Still with me? Half way done. I saved my favorites for last! The next one you're looking at will be Savoie Genie in a bottle. Genie in a bottle is periwinkle with a purple shift. I actually had my customers going crazy for it while I was at work.

For Genie in a bottle I again only used 2 coats and topped it off with my Digital Nails topcoat. Are you seeing a trend here? Only 2 coats are needed of these beautiful polishes to reach perfection! Formula on this was a breeze as well.

Just because I can't leave well enough alone, I had to layer my absolute favorite glitter topper over top Genie in a bottle. I topped her off with 1 coat of Disco Ball. I only picked up a mini of this stuff, I'll be running over to pick up a full size very soon. That tells you how much I love the stuff if I'm using it that much!

Lastly, I have Savoie Red Red Wine. There is so much depth to this polish. Red Red Wine is you guessed it, a rich deep burgundy color.

I used 2 coats of Red Red Wine for my mani. Topping it off with 1 coat of Digital Nails Ain't Nobody Got Time For That topcoat.

I wanted to provide a macro of Red Red Wine just so you can see up close how awesome it is! I'd love to try and top it with dipped in diamonds. Dipped in diamonds is a holo topcoat that I reviewed earlier. The formula on this one was a touch thicker, which makes me think it would be good for stamping. I'll have to test it out and see for sure. Savoie is getting some new labels, which I can't wait to see! You can find her on Facebook and you can purchase her polishes off of her storenvy site. She offers mini and full size bottles. I do have a discount code for you to enter when you purchase some Savoie polishes. If you enter GlitterGal at checkout, you will receive 20% off. She's also having a giveaway over at her Facebook page.
That's all I have for you tonight. I'll be back very soon with some more goodies to share with you. Until next time, take care!! XOXO

Sweet Heart Polish Review

Good evening! Hope your week was kind to you! I'm off for the next couple days, so I'm ready to try and relax. Tonight I have for you 3 polishes from Sweet Heart Polish. I've never tried her polishes, so I was very excited when she sent them to me. Let's get started shall we?
First up I will do Sweet Heart Polish David. David is from the superfine collection. It is a stunning cobalt blue micro glitter that also has some holo glitter that just took my breath away!

Sweet Heart Polish David was terrific to work with. The formula was great, and the color payoff was to die for! I used 2 coats of Sinful Colors Sugar Rush on my pointer finger. I wanted to show this polish as a top coat and by itself. I then put 2 coats over top of Sugar Rush. On all of my other fingers, I used 3 coats. I finished it off with 1 coat of Digital Nails Ain't Nobody Got Time For That topcoat. All of my pictures for David are with natural lighting. The sun finally decided to come out for a visit today!

Up next I have Sweet Heart Polish I am a librarian. I am a librarian is from the Death is only the beginning collection. This collection was inspired by the Mummy movies. It is a very pretty rose colored holo that looks great on any skin tone.

I am a librarian was a little on the thicker side, but not so much that it bothered me. The color on this was just great! I used 2 coats of I am a librarian and topped it off with 1 coat of my Digital Nails topcoat. The rest of my pictures will be taken with artificial lighting since the sun was down.

To finish us off, I have Sweet Heart Polish He loves me. This is just a sweet sweet polish! He loves me was created for Valentine's Day, but is sticking around!!

He loves me is a perfect blend of different shapes and sizes of holographic glitter. Oh, did I mention that this also has heart shaped glitter? The base is clear, so it can be used over absolutely anything! This I did add a little bit of polish thinner to so that I could play with the glitters a little more. There is so many different glitters in here, it's a full house! I used this over I am a librarian and used 2 coats. Then of course I topped it with Digital Nails Ain't Nobody Got Time For That.

I can't wait to use He loves me again and play around with different undies. Depending on the color you put under it, it'll make it look like a whole different polish. All 3 of these had very fast dry time. Once I was done with both hands, I was able to start the next coat. You can find Sweet Heart Polish on her Facebook page. You will also want to make sure that you stop by her etsy shop. I'm already eye balling the next set of polishes that I'm wanting to go after! If you haven't tried Sweet Heart Polish like I hadn't, make sure you go over and pick up a bottle or two. You won't be disappointed!
That's all I have for tonight. I'll be working on my St. Patrick's Day mani over the next day or two. Until next time, take care!! XOXO

Glittering Elements Rainbow Moonstone Review

Hello there! Hope your week has been good so far. Mine has been pretty awesome so far! Tonight I have for you Glittering Elements Rainbow Moonstone. It's so perfect! I'm not going to talk much, I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves!

Glittering Elements Rainbow Moonstone has a very light gray holographic base that has a pink, blue, gold, dark blue and gold flecks in it. As if that wasn't enough, it also has micro holographic glitter as well. The formula on Rainbow Moonstone was perfect! I only used 2 coats and topped it off with my go to top coat from Digital Nails. Since my weather is turning super cold again, all of my pictures except the next one are taken with artificial lighting. The one below is with flash.

The above pictures really showcases the different shades of Rainbow Moonstone. That is the perfect name for this polish isn't it?! You can find Glittering Elements on Facebook. Casey is switching over to storenvy instead of etsy. She currently has a preorder going on for some of her new polishes, so make sure that you hop on over to her Storenvy site and check them out!

Glittering Elements Necromancy LE Review

Good evening everyone! I hope this finds you well! Tonight I have Glittering Elements Necromancy Limited Edition to review for you. Once I saw Casey post her swatches of this LE, I knew I had to have it! So let's get started!
Glittering Elements Necromancy is a wine colored polish that has tons of holo in it. When I held the bottle, I could see all sorts of colors in the bottle! I could see burgundy, brown, gold, yellow and some pink as well. It's definitely a chameleon of polishes!

For my mani I used just 2 coats of GE Necromancy. Formula on this was absolutely a breeze to work with. I then topped it off with just 1 coat of Digital Nails Ain't Nobody Got Time For That top coat.

The above picture is intentionally blurred so that you can really see that holographic rainbow show.

Isn't it amazing?! It's definitely up in my top favorites of my Glittering Elements collection. You need to make sure that you follow Casey on Facebook so that you're all up to date on the current polishes that she is releasing. She is no longer going to be using Etsy soon, so that's another reason to follow her on the Glittering Elements Facebook page.
I'll be sharing with you one of my other GE polishes that I picked up during her last restock. Now comes the fun part of deciding on which one. LOL. Until then, take care!! XOXO

Digital Nails Lying Review

Happy Sunday! I hope you've been able to relax and enjoy your day so far. Tonight I have for you Digital Nails Lying. I absolutely love thermal polishes! So when I saw that Digital Nails came out with some thermal polishes, I knew that I HAD to have it!!

Digital Nails Lying is a purple thermal polish that has blue flecks in it. It's gorgeous! I used 3 coats for my mani and topped it with Digital Nails Ain't Nobody Got Time For That fast drying top coat. Drying time on Lying was very quick, and application was perfect! I have several Digital Nails and I've never had any issues with any of her polishes.

When you're cold, your nails will be this gorgeous deep purple color. When they're hot, they turn turquoise!

The picture above is a what Lying looks like during the transition period. The picture below is what it'll look like when Lying is hot.

I wanted to make sure that I showed you the super cool blue flecks in this polish! So this polish has quite a bit of depth to it. Not only is it a thermal, but it has a little something extra to it with the flecks. If you follow my Facebook page, you know that I'm a thermal nut. I just think it is one of the coolest things ever! You can find Digital Nails on Facebook and you can purchase her polishes from her etsy page. She not only offers polish, but her top coat is my go to top coat that I won't be without. She also makes her own cuticle oil.
That all I have for tonight. I hope you all have a great week! I'll see you soon with another polish to share with you! Until next time, take care!! XOXO
