Ellagee Celebration is set in a clear base and it's loaded with a rainbow of colors. It looks just like you're having a party on your nails! You can find squares, hexes and Mickeys oh my!
For my mani I used 2 dabbed coats of Celebration over Sinful Shine Pragmatic. I finished it off with 2 coats of Ellagee Glass Fast Dry Topcoat. I had no formula issues with Celebration and it dried pretty quick as well. I did put my bottle upside down to help bring the glitters down. I do that so that I don't have any issues getting the bigger glitter pieces out. As you can see, I even got a couple Mickeys and didn't have to fish for any of them.
One of the things I love most about Ellagee Celebration, is with all the different colors and shapes of glitters you can put it over top of absolutely ANY color of polish! I think this would be super cute over white. Celebration is part of the World Of Laughter which you can find on Ellagee's webpage. Make sure you also stop over and follow her on Facebook since she's always giving updates on new goodies that she has coming up. Ellagee also did a collaboration box with Raph from Digital Nails to help bring awareness to fibromyalgia. The polishes in the box are simply gorgeous!
