Glittering Elements Unicorn Disco Review

Hello everyone! First off, I just want to say thank you so much to all my new followers. Each new like means so much to me! You guys make me feel like I'm not doing this for nothing. If you don't own any Glittering Elements yet, you need to get some ASAP! Not only does she make gorgeous polish, the woman behind the polish is just as beautiful as the polish she makes!

Glittering Elements Unicorn Disco is a beautiful sky blue holographic polish. Formula and everything about Unicorn Disco was perfection! Dry time was pretty amazing as well! For my mani, I used just 2 coats and topped it off with 1 coat of Ain't Nobody Got Time For That fast dry top coat from Digital Nails.

I intentionally made the bottom picture blurry to capture all the rainbows that this polish has! I haven't worn many blue polishes because I have a hard time pulling them off with my skin tone. Unicorn Disco definitely makes me excited to try all the blue polishes that I have in my collection. If you're in the market for some awesome top coat, stop by Digital Nails and check out her etsy shop. I've tried quite a few different ones, and hers is one of my all time favorites! If you aren't already following Glittering Elements, now is a GREAT time to start! She is having a restock on her etsy shop on Wednesday Jan. 22nd at 9pm AEST. Not only can you get her restock info for this week on her Facebook page, you can also join in on the giveaway she has going on as well.

That's all I have for today. But I'll be sharing some other Glittering Elements polishes that she sent me for my birthday this week on my blog. Until next time, take care! XOXO

This polish was sent to me as a gift. The opinion given is my own and isn't influenced in any way.

Mentality Kacy Review

Hello ladies! I'm beyond excited to share with you my review tonight. I know I've said that before, but I was literally jumping up and down when I got this in the mail!! Tonight, I'll be sharing Mentality Kacy with you. Now do you see why I'm so excited?! I'm going to jump right into it.

Mentality Kacy is an absolutely gorgeous purple jelly that has blue and red flecks in it. I can honestly say that I don't own anything like it in my entire collection.

For my mani I used 3 coats of Mentality Kacy and topped it with just one coat of top coat. The formula on this was a breeze to work with. It builds up nicely, and I could have probably got  away with using just 2 coats. Dry time on this was super fast as well. If you click on the picture and make it bigger, you can see the red and blue flecks better.

I can proudly say that my Mentality stash is growing and I'm so glad to add this one to my stash! If you're into stamping, Mentality polishes make perfect stamping polishes. Not only do they offer Kacy, they offer tons of other finishes and colors as well. If you're a fan of Matte polishes, you HAVE to check them out! You can find them on Facebook as well as their big cartel site. If you're interested in Mentality Kacy, which you absolutely should be, you can find her with The Jelly Collection for $6.50. That's it for tonight! I hope you enjoyed my review for this as much as I enjoy Kacy! Until next time, take care!!!! XOXO

Zoya Pixie Dust Carter and Tomoko Review

Happy New Year!! I've been sick for 2 weeks, so this hasn't been a good start to the New Year. Hopefully you're staying warm with the crazy weather everyone is having! On to the polish!
Tonight I have for you Zoya Pixie Dust Carter and Pixie Dust Tomoko. They're gorgeous colors, but I'll let you be the judge of that for yourselves!

I would describe Carter as a royal purple that is textured. Tomoko is the perfect color of champagne. Since I'm probably one of the few who doesn't like textured polishes, I decided to top coat both of them. The Pixie Dust isn't nearly as rough as the OPI liquid sands, which between the two I really prefer the Zoyas. Formula wise they were perfect! I was worried about Tomoko being too light and not having it look ok with my skin tone. I absolutely LOVED it so much it was my favorite of the two! Here's some pics for you!

Since I have to top coat almost everything, it definitely makes the colors look brighter. I can't explain how much I enjoy these! I wanted to do something a little different, so I decided to do some polka dots. Then once I was done, I wish I would've just left them alone. LOL. Like I said above, the formula on these are perfect! I did 3 coats of each and topped them with 2 coats of Gelous. They look gorgeous in the sun! Zoya is having a buy 3 polishes and just pay $12 shipping from now until Sunday January 16th. So, if you hurry you can still get a great deal! Make sure you follow Zoya on their Facebook page. You can also go straight to their website. The Pixie Dusts are just $10 each. I know this was a quick post, I just wanted to share with you what I finally did with my nails. My antibiotics and my pillow are calling my name. Until next time, take care and stay warm! XOXO

BKD Signature Polish Necklaces

I know I'm having to blow the dust off the keyboard here, but I want to wish those of you that still read my blogs all the best in the coming New Year! I hope if you celebrate Christmas, you had a great one!
BKD had a sale before Thanksgiving, and I wanted to try her out since I've heard so many good things about her jewelry. In case you haven't figured it out yet, I have a HUGE thing for nail polish. So, when you are able to combine that with jewelry, it can't be bad then right?! Take a look for yourself and let me know what you think!

The first polish necklace I'm sharing with you is made with My Ten Friends Polish Space Opera. It looks so amazing as necklace, I have to beat my daughter off of it! It's the perfect shade of purple with multi colored glitter. The necklace is in a pewter colored pendant, and it is sitting on a purple ribbon. She offers ribbon in just about any color, or you have the choice of a silver plated snake chain. The measurements for this is 22mm x 30mm. The necklace comes in 18in. with a 2in. extender. There isn't anything NOT to like about this. If you know anything about me, then you know that I couldn't stop at just one. LOL, here's the other necklace I bought.

As much as I love Space Opera, My Ten Friends Zero G just took my breathe away! It is so sparkly and gorgeous, I just can't stop staring at it! Zero G is a black glitter based polish that is absolutely jam packed with silver holo glitter. When the sun hits this, I had all kinds of rainbows dancing around the inside of my car. LOL. It is also set in a pewter pendent and the measurements for this is the same for Space Opera that I listed up above. This even is suspended on a black ribbon. I think this is so dressy and could be worn a million different ways. Makes me with I could get my hands on the polish!

If you're interested in getting anything from BKD Signatures, you need to do so very quickly. She is closing up shop! She not only offers polish jewelry, she offers candles and all sorts of other jewelry. I also got matching earrings for both of my necklaces. These pendants run roughly $25 a piece. Totally worth it!! Please make sure that you give her a like on her Facebook page so that you can be kept up to date with her store info. You will also need her etsy site, since I KNOW you'll want to get some of her goodies. I haven't got into the craze yet, but she also has some Doctor Who jewelry out as well. I promise that if you get something from her, you won't be disappointed. I picked up a couple things from BKD Signatures for my daughter for Christmas, and she loved them!!

Well, that's all I have for tonight. I'm planning to get back to some sort of normalcy here. Whatever that is LOL. I wish you all a safe and joyous New Year!!!

Savoie Artisan Lacquer Review Part 2

Happy Monday to you guys!! I hope yours went better than mine did. It just sucked royally. But at least my nails looked good right?! LOL. Tonight I have for you my 2nd part of my review for Savoie Artisan Lacquer. I've received so many compliments on her polishes from customers at my work it has been crazy. So if complete strangers say it's a good thing, you have to believe them right? Alrighty, here we go!
Formula on these were spot on as always. I used 2 coats of each followed up with 1 coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top Topcoat. Dry time on these were pretty amazing as well. I'll stop talking and show you the pictures since I think they speak for themselves!

First up we have Mother of Pearl. She is a magnificent silvery white pearlescent polish that has scattered holographic glitter in it. It looks like I have shimmering snow on my finger tips. This is so gorgeous, the pictures honestly don't do it any justice.

Secondly we have The Queen. She is fit for a queen with how gorgeous she is! The Queen is a purple holographic polish. The color on this is so rich, it was absolutely amazing!!

Lastly but certainly not least, I have Disco Ball. This is a silver glitter topper that is loaded with holographic glitters and micro glitters. I used 1 coat of this over top of Mother of Pearl and I Lilac It Lac It. I look at this absolutely AMAZING polish like Frank's Hot Sauce. I'll put that s*&t on EVERYTHING!!! It looks like I have diamonds on my fingernails doesn't it?! It doesn't get much ether than this! There literally isn't a color in the rainbow that this wouldn't look good over. I've never bought a back up bottle of any polish, but this one will be a must have in the large size. Like I said above, formula was perfect for all of them.
Savoie Artisan Lacquer is a brand new indie, so please make sure you go and show her some love over on her Facebook page. With the holidays fast approaching, make sure you stop over by her shop and pick up some of her goodies. If you're not a polish fan, which I don't know why you wouldn't be LOL, she offers other things as well.
Well that's all for tonight. I'm off to try and get warm. I hope that y'all have an awesome Thanksgiving and be safe if you are traveling. Until next time, take care!! XOXO

Savoie Artisan Lacquer Review Part 1

Hi guys! I hope you are warm and cozy where you are tonight. It's very chilly where I am. Tonight, I have for you a brand spankin new indie!! I know the mastermind behind Savoie and she is an absolute doll!! She is super awesome and makes some pretty amazing polish!! As you hopefully noticed, this will be broken into 2 parts. I will show you 3 tonight, and the next 3 this weekend. Ok, here we go!!!

I'll get the basic info out of the way first. The formula on each and every one of these polishes were perfect! Dry time was very fast and I only needed 2 coats for each, but out of habit I applied 3. I topped them all off with 1 coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top Topcoat. Now on to the good stuff, the pictures…..

This is Briar Rose. She is a beautiful magenta pink jelly that is packed full of holographic glitter. This is so squishy and beautiful I find it amazing!

This one is with the flash, and it REALLY shows just how sparkly it is!

Next we have So Sentamintal. This is a bright mint green that has some shimmer in it as well. This color reminds me of mint chocolate chip ice cream. Normally I'm not a green fan, but this one I really enjoyed!

Again, this is with the flash and you can see just how gorgeous this color is.

Lastly, I have I Lilac It Lac It. I can not tell you enough how much I LOVE this color! Out of my whole polish collection, I don't own anything like this. It is a gorgeous lilac pearlescent purple. Depending on the lighting, this will also transform into silver. It also has shimmer in it.

Isn't it perfect?! I think these are perfect going into the holidays. You know when you get polishes, you think to yourself this one is my favorite. Out of these, I honestly couldn't pick just one. They are all beautiful! All of Savoie's polishes are 3 free, and she makes other goodies as well as polish. You can find her on Facebook as well as her shop on Storenvy. Make sure you go show her some love and let her know just how amazing her polishes are! These also make perfect gifts for the holidays.
That's it for tonight ladies! I'm off to get warm, and I'll be seeing you all very soon! Until then, take care!! XOXO

Colors by Llarowe Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

Hi ladies! I hope Monday treated you well. Other than ending my day with a migraine that will put me in bed soon, it was a fairly calm day. Tonight I have Twinkle Twinkle Little Star from none other than Colors by Llarowe. I missed out on this polish during her pre order and I was so upset. I saw it up for sale in one of the groups I'm in, so I knew that I had to snatch it up! If you haven't seen this beauty yet, you're in for a real treat!!

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star is a dark navy blue jelly that is absolutely LOADED with silver micro glitters. Formula and everything was absolutely perfect on this polish. It's so squishy and yummy looking, I just love it. Did I say I loved it?!

Yesterday I was getting a crap ton of storms, so I didn't have the advantage of the sun. But even in my indoor lighting, it is stunning! I used 2 coats of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and just 1 coat of KBShimmers Clearly On Top Topcoat. The formula on this couldn't have been any better! Even while I was at work today, I couldn't help buy stare at my nails. Llarowe is getting ready to release some new colors, so you need to check out her Facebook page. Since I know that y'all will want some of her pretties, you can just click here and it'll take you right to her shop. That's all I have for tonight. I'll be back very soon with another awesome polish to share with you. Until then, take care!! XOXO
